K S Raja Arts And Science College For Women was founded by late. K S Raja M.A, M.A, M.ED, M.L.., in 2005, and it was initiated by Majestic K. Asokan. judge of high court on 04-11.2005. with remarkable vision and mission in the region of gingee at chellapirstti, villupuram district. It began functioning from 2006, starting with thin strength and now it is growing like a banyan tree . we hope with our auspicious, inspiration it will grow more . our college was incepted with the ambition to educate to the rural and tribal based and economically backward class girls who were dreaming of good education.

Mission of the college is to empower young girl students from rural areas with emphasis on academic excellence and holistic development to face the challenges of life with encouragement and commitment to be builders of a society with value orientation and to contribute for the purpose of nation building.
